Is 5G Really as Damaging as They Say?

Sometimes it’s what you don’t see that can harm you. And there is no better example of this than EMFs. EMFs are electromagnetic frequencies. You’re familiar with the most common sources of EMFs: WiFi, cell phones, cell phone towers, power lines and transformers, cordless phones, and smart meters.

If we could see EMFs like we see smog, we would be astounded by how our bodies are constantly living in a sea of magnetic pollution. Most of us pay little attention to EMFs, and assume they are harmless. But are they really? And what about the new and more powerful generation of EMFs known as 5G?

Scientists have been warning us for months about the potential dangers of 5G. Some are predicting that 5G could be a serious threat to our health. So, what is 5G? Is it safe? And if it isn’t, is there a way to protect ourselves, our children, and the environment?

In order to answer that question, you will need a little lesson in cellular function and voltage-gated calcium channels. Voltage-gated calcium channels are areas on the surface of every cell that act as electrically controlled doors. They open the doors and let calcium in when the cells need it.

So, what’s the big deal? How important is it to our cells that they are able to maintain an optimal calcium balance? Let me put it this way.

If these channels are not working optimally, all cellular function will quickly begin to deteriorate.

And, there’s very little room for suboptimal channel function. When the voltage-gated calcium channels are working efficiently, the level of calcium that’s outside the cell is an astounding 10,000 times higher than the levels inside the cell!

This amazing number shows how critically important it is for cellular function to control even minute amounts of calcium entering the cell. And, to give you an even greater appreciation for how important these channels are, think of this.

So far, scientists have been able to identify 10 different kinds of the voltage-gated calcium channels in our cells. And each one plays critical roles in cellular signaling.

Calcium channel signaling initiates muscle contraction, glandular secretion, genetic expression, nerve communication, sensory input, and heart and brain function. When these calcium channels are disturbed, virtually every single aspect of our cellular function, health, and wellbeing are affected. And here’s why I am concerned about 5G.

It comes from a landmark paper published 6 years ago entitled, “Electromagnetic fields act via activation of voltage-gated calcium channels to produce beneficial or adverse effects.” The author states that 23 different studies have shown that EMFs can interfere with our voltage-gated calcium channels.

The paper describes how more than 20 years ago, scientists were able to show that EMFs interfere with our voltage-gated calcium channels causing excessive amounts of calcium to enter the cells.

According to the author, “Extensive evidence has been published clearly showing that the EMF exposure can act to produce excessive activity of the voltage-gated calcium channels in many cell types suggesting that these may be direct targets of EMF exposure.” And what does that lead to?

One of the most obvious dangers of disrupting our voltage-gated calcium channels is that it’s likely to lead to genetic and other cellular damage, much of which might be irreparable. That’s because the excessive activity of the voltage-gated calcium channels due to EMFs increase the production of peroxynitrite.

Peroxynitrite is a dangerous free radical molecule that damages DNA and other critical cellular proteins by creating breaks in the molecules.

Additionally, abnormalities of voltage-gated calcium channels have been implicated in a generalized weakening of the cellular membrane. This would make the cells more permeable to viral penetration.

One ongoing theory about the COVID-19 epidemic is that the introduction of 5G in Wuhan, China is at least partially responsible for the extensive outbreak in that city and in other 5G-active cities. And that’s not all.

It turns out that our nerve system is extra sensitive to even minor disturbances in the voltage-gated calcium channels.

Another review paper entitled, “Microwave frequency electromagnetic fields (EMFs) produce widespread neuropsychiatric effects including depression,” describes how in susceptible people, EMFs can cause anxiety, autism, learning disabilities, headaches, depression, and dementia.

Other studies have linked EMFs to heart arrhythmias such as atrial fibrillation, sudden cardiac death, and an 8% reduction in sperm motility and a 9% reduction in sperm viability. One study showed that wi-fi equipped laptops have been linked to sperm disorders after only four hours of use. And here’s the thing.

Our exposure to EMFs has increased an unbelievable one quintillion times over the past 100 years. I had to look that one up. A quintillion is what you get when you multiply a million by a million five times. It’s a lot! And, the bad news is that 5G is making that even worse.

5G refers to the fifth generation of enhanced EMFs. The effect of 5G is to increase internet speed, enabling us to browse the web, download files, and even stream video at blistering speeds. But, what’s the long-term cost to our health from 5G? The answer is we have no idea. It’s never been studied. And there are some very serious concerns.

First of all, compared to 4G and 3G, 5G cell towers broadcast ultrahigh EMF frequencies. 4G uses a maximum of 5 gigahertz frequency. 5G uses between 24 to 90 gigahertz frequency. These higher frequencies are dramatically more potent disruptors of our voltage-gated calcium channels.

Second, 5G uses shorter length waves, which do not travel as far. So, in order to compensate for the shorter wave lengths, many more mini cell towers will have to be installed. It is estimated that 5G will require a mini cell tower every 2 to 8 houses. This will greatly increase our overall EMF exposure.

And it’s not just animals that need to be concerned over the ever-increasing EMF exposure. Plants and insects also have voltage-gated calcium channels. And, as of this writing, the effect of long term exposure to plants and insects of excessive, high frequency EMFs has never been studied. It could be a disaster for the environment.

What you can do

So, now that I have your attention, you might be thinking, what can I do to protect myself and my family from the potential dangers of 5G? Here are some ideas.

First of all, get familiar with 5G and EMFs in general. One way is to look at the new documentary “5G Apocalypse – The Extinction Event.” You can see this on YouTube.

Next, limit your exposure to EMFs. Did you know that the internet router in your home or office is essentially a small cell phone tower? Put your router on a timer that turns it off when you’re sleeping or otherwise not using it. Put your cell phone on airplane mode when carrying it and only take it off airplane mode when you need to use it. Avoid having your bed close to an external power box, a transformer, or a smart meter.

Third, when someone comes around asking to install a 5G tower close to your house, say no.

Fourth, remember that EMFs work their damage by interfering with the voltage-gated calcium channels allowing calcium to leak into the cells and damage and disrupt them. The cells can push the calcium back out of the cell, but that requires a very significant amount of energy. That energy comes from your mitochondria.

So, EMF exposure is just one more reason to measure your mitochondrial function using Bio-Energy Testing®. You can find doctors who can measure and improve your mitochondrial function at the Bio-Energy Testing® website. My book “Bursting With Energy” is all about this topic.

There are various products on the market that promise to protect you from 5G. There are bracelets, phone shields, supplements, and many others. I’m on the chase to find out which ones work and which ones don’t. At this point, I can’t recommend any of them. But that’s not to say they don’t work. I just haven’t seen the evidence yet. I’ll keep you updated when I have more information.
