Jeffrey Bland, Ph.D., FACN, FACB

Jeffrey Bland, Ph.D., F.A.C.N., F.A.C.B., is the founder and president of the Personalized Lifestyle Medicine Institute. He has been an internationally recognized leader in the nutritional medicine field for over 30 years.

Bland served as chief science officer for Metagenics for the past 12 years and also served as their president for five of those 12 years. He founded HealthComm International, Inc. in 1985, and served as its chief executive officer until the merger with its strategic partner, Metagenics, in 2000.

Bland holds numerous patents for nutritional products and oversees the activities of the Functional Medicine Research Center and the Institute for Functional Medicine.
